8 days of detox and 2 hour workout yesterday adds up to another pound. I have 5 more to lose for my goal on the 15th.

Woman on a mission, that's me!
185.0 lb Lost so far: 52.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 3.5 lb a week

Thanks! Setting these smaller goals has really made it easier to stay on the diet. 80 pounds would have seemed so overwhelming in the beginning, but I can't believe I have lost more than 50 still!

yeah settin goals down to like 20 or 30 pounds is easier to hit...i agree in the beginnin took forever to get that first several pounds offf...

Are you secretly working with the "Biggest Loser" trainers? Your loss is incredible! You have certainly passed me up! And we started around the same time. Man! I better go back and read your journals to see what you did!
