Weight is holding steady while I have moved to over 150 lbs on the bench. I will continue to focus on increasing my body density through progressive weight training while monitoring my weight yet not stressing over it.
233.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 48.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 0.2 lb a week
