Starting the spring diet at 190 lbs. Looking to lose a bowling ball (16 lbs). Low carb, exercise, and greater water consumption. Wish me luck!
190.3 lb Lost so far: 6.7 lb.    Still to go: 7.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
