UGH! In a rutt...need to adapt to my new schedule...
214.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Hey girlfriend and I am sad I missed you MK Thursday night event as I just love sharing time with you. I am happy I'll get to see you tonight at our GS mtg. My daughter who is 20 and has been overweight all her life may be a good buddy for you since she is making it happen. I'll let her know you want to add her and soon we will all be having our little black dress party! I would love to help you in anyway. I lost weight before and found the Weight watchers plan is the best for me and would be happy to get together with you to explain their practice. You can have your cheeto's and cookies as long as you keep within your daily points. My goal was to get more energy and by exercise, cutting out a lot of my sugar intake and eating better and keeping FS journals. I do feel much better so I am holding on to the Feeling Good Vibrations I have been acquiring! This is definitely a challenge but will make you stronger because you will learn just how strong you really are. See you tonight, TOWANDA!!!!
