HELP!!! Doing really bad, trying to fit in exercise where ever I can but super hard whe your toating a 2 year old and running to soccer for the 10 year old...wait that counts right? But all the fast food isn't helping I'm sure, truly conveinence food...

Been eating baaaaad, poorly...still too much sugar in my diet. Exerciseing has gone up though so thats good, walking about an hour everyday with my sketchers shape-ups...make my legs burn!

Ok I am hereby commiting to recommit..if that makes sense. I will get up early every morning, until the habit is formed, to make sure I fit in my exercise and eat healthier. I resolve to not eat any fast food over the next six months. Here goes...
