Well, I followed the diet the same way I always have, but I gained a little weight back this week. I'm not sure how that happened.

It might be something as simple as I just ate too late at night the night before.

It might be that my body is finished letting go of the water weight and now I will really be losing fat from now on.

I am not going to let this get me down though. I am just going to turn this around and try even harder.
281.6 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 106.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

How have you been doing on your water intake and how often have you been exercising? Are you diligently tracking your carbs counts?
