Things are going well for me so far. I am surprised about how much weight I am losing. Since I have done this diet a few times before, I figured my body would be ready for it and I would lose more slowly now than I did the first time.
I am also surprised that I haven't really had any cravings. I read that is why Atkins recommends staying away from anything sweetened with aspartame . . . is supposedly triggers cravings.
Does anyone know of any good drinks for Atkins that aren't sweetened with aspartame?
