After my cookie relapse I have been really watching myself and trying not to snack on anything besides fruit. Its been really stressful at work so I am proud of myself for not giving in and eating everything because that is what I do when I am stressed.
223.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.4 lb a week

fruit turns to REAL SUGAR... as soon as it hits your mouth... so think about that... fruit will keep you hungry.... this is a fact....sorry but true..
