Started a Nutrisystem program a week ago, and it's going well. Evening's are a little tough this first week, because there is no evening snack this week. Starting tomorrow, there are 3 snacks a day, which will allow a little something in the evening, which I think will make the diet a smidge easier. As with most of these diets, there is a whole new terminology to learn regarding the food itself, but in general, fairly easy to work with. Have lost 4.6 pounds this first week,so am happy with that. The weight loss will go more slowly from now on,but that's OK with me. I just need to get back to the weight that feels "good" to me (and my present clothing size!) Wish me luck!
168.1 lb Lost so far: 11.1 lb.    Still to go: 18.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
