yeah. cause I had expected gain up to 1lbs.
Day 4.
day off exercise. doubled up yesterday. soccer & tread walk. back is Sore! also, need to heal skin rash btwn legs caused from walking friction and sweat. hoping to go low today with cals. < 1200, 1500 MAX.
241.5 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
