Went off diet - had too high carb non-alcohol beer which got me off ketosis! I am restarting again, but now know that my carb level allowance is very low. Still, I know in the long haul, this is the way to lose weight and some mornings and evenings my weight has been much lower. I know that I will reach my goal weight and plan to join a gym in the next few months!
216.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 1.2 lb a week

Going to the gym really helps. My husband is on Atkins with me, but he has a beer like every few weeks and it does set him back a bit,but he has a higher metabolism than I do.
