Ate too much today

because

Lunch: too much of Olive Garden Lunch provided
Dinner: tired and watching TV, not controlling intake, and allowing popcorn bag

so now need to watch next 3 days = Sat-Mon

protein good sprutein, chicken, salmon
189.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
