Home from vacation last night and 3 lbs heavier this morning, mainly due to increases in muscle mass and fluid. My indulgences seem to have been counteracted a bit by walking so much every day. Actually looking forward (a little anyway) to returning to healthier habits!
275.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Well done, 3lbs gain in ten days is great, and certainly going to be mostly water, hopefully a little muscle too, in which case you may suit find you have lost a little when things settle down! Yes, it is nice to get back to health eating, isn't it 😀
