Have been a bad girl, apparently. Can't seem to drop the weight I had lost after my cancer surgeries/chemo was over. Will just start again. Think I feel best at somewhere in the 150's or high 140's...any less, and that skeletal look comes over my face - NOT GOOD!!
172.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
