I lost the battle this year. Taking care of two really sick loved ones whom I lost over the past two years has taken a toll on me. I was losing everything except my weight. I have decided to stop being such a wreck and take control of my life again. I was too embarrassed to weigh in. However, I know the best way to win this war is record my weight and start making a note of what goes in my tummy. So here's to healing and health! God bless!
208.6 lb Lost so far: 16.3 lb.    Still to go: 10.1 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
