Not much to say, just that I'm hungry and about to go make lunch!

I need to drink more water. Flush out that fat!! :)
202.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.0 lb a week

I've been working on my water intake too. I just keep a bottle of water on me at all times. =)
