Back on a restart. Feeling shakey, wanting to grab a cookie every few minutes. Wish me luck.

I have a question (or two) What is FS? If you are trying to avoid sugar, have you tried substituting by making desserts with other sweeteners? That is what has helped me immensely until my body was able to "just say no" without the craving. I never thought that was possible! :)

Sugar cravings means your lacking in Chromium and Magnesium. Take those extra vitamins instead of eating something with artificial sweeteners.
