Going all out vegan. I've been mostly plant-based for a couple of years and only lost 10 lbs. I know what I've been doing wrong. Not enough vegetables! So now, full-on vegan, calorie-density majority foods (unlimited under 500 cal per pound foods), no oils, rare processed foods. And walking at least a mile a day if not 2 or more.
Starting today at 185.7 lbs. Goal - 145 by the time I'm 60 (1 year and 2 weeks) 40 lbs. I can do this!

Is anyone going plant-based for 2021?
I'm back on here after being a slug for years. I've been doing a lot of research though and my husband and I are going plant-based for good. For the last year+ we've been exploring it, eating little meat, but too much bread and sweets. Although not losing weight yet, we feel it's right. So for 2021 I'm cutting way down on sugar and breads. Whether I lose all the weight I need to or I don't, so be it. The diet I'm going with is the Starch Solution.
I love Fatsecret for its endurance. I have weight records on myself for many years and that helps me a lot.
If there is anyone else out there convinced that plant-based is the way to go, don't hesitate to say so. If you're on some other diet and want to dissuade me, dont bother. I could use a little support on here. Much love, Kim

weigh-in glitch
I wonder if you could check into my not being able to record my weigh-ins on my challenges. I'm getting an error message with every weigh-in. They will go to my weight history chart but not to my challenges.

weigh-in glitch
I just wonder if administration could fix the glitch that isn't recording my weigh-ins on my challenges. Is anyone else having this issue?
