feel like i have killed myself for 4lbs. four spin classes this week alone, no bread or wine and massively under on my points app booked doctor kelly next friday.
214.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 74.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Wow! That's double the amount of weight loss for a week that WW claims as the max. I think your spinning classes paid off (Impressed!) I would only suggest that you try not to "diet" but find lots of stuff you enjoy eating that just 'happen' to be power foods too. I know...not easy, but this is a life journey after all. Your hard work is inspiring!

Wow, great job! But make sure you eat your daily points so you can keep fueling your workouts. Otherwise, you may find your too tired to exercise. A few points under is no big deal, too many and your depriving your body of the nutrients it needs.
