Water weighs a lot. I was eating a lot of salty foods when I went on vacation and I it made me retain a lot of water. I think the salty foods have run their course though so I am more certain of this weight.

Today's walk;

8.64 miles


I wasn't able to walk yesterday but I did dance for 40 minutes which made me feel better.
295.5 lb Lost so far: 39.5 lb.    Still to go: 26.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 8.8 lb a week
