Been following this diet perfectly for one week now, and am already down 6 pounds!! I am so excited and this is just the motivation I need to get through another hurdle!! I am also already starting to feel it in my clothes, which is more exciting than the scale!
168.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
