Well I am back. The kids have moved out and its my time to get myself back on track. I re-joined Weight Watchers for the 3rd time and I am hoping this time it will work and stick. I just have to remember that I am old and the weight is just not gonna fall off like it did when I was young. I am hoping by this time next year I will be down at least 50 pounds if not more (I would love to be at my goal but I have to be real). I officially weighted 237 when I signed up again last Wednesday so I am down 3 pounds in 5 days but I know that is all water weight and I am gonna have to force myself to exercise to really lose the weight.
234.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 54.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
