172.8!!!! New record low!!!!

WOO HOOO!!!!

Just gotta keep it up, the key is obviously me watching what I eat on the weekends and avoiding a big Monday setback.

Been eating a LOT of fruit for snacks, sticking with my workout plan (though a little more lax than before).

Feelin good!

172.8 lb Lost so far: 24.2 lb.    Still to go: 2.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
