Yes I gained some. My sweet husband pointed out I am also building muscle. I did 1 hour on the treadmill yesterday. 3 miles. 30 minutes today on air exercise bike. 10 miles.Gotta love craigslist. Between my treadmill & bike $70 & I am going to get an elliptical the 25th after I get paid. $50 for that, hardly used. I like the variety. Getting toned so weight is truly just a number ;)
