I am a 45 year old happily married woman who lives in the beauty of Pikes Peak in Colorado Springs, Colorado. I had lived here for 34 years & this is home to me. I was born in Silver Spring, Maryland at Andrews Air Force Base. Yes I am proud to call myself an Air Force BRAT! GO Army, Air Force, Navy & Marines!
I have to give out a shout out about my dad, he was a flight tech assigned to Air Force 1 for 17 years. As you can imagine it is an interesting assignment.
I will be married 5 years August 21 but we have been together about 10 years. I am so glad he came along when he did. Fate. Finding this great site was too.
I am retired due to disability. I quit working in 2004. I still can't believe it's been that long. I have Multiple Sclerosis & other stuff going on. I have MS but it certainly doesn't have me. I am so lucky. I know other women that have MS & most use a cane, walker or wheel chair. I believe if you don't use it, you'll lose it. SO.....
My plan is to lose 60 lbs on the HCG diet. When I lose some and get to the maintenance phase I will definately be back doing the treadmill. My hope is weight loss will help the back pain and I will feel lighter on my feet so exercising isn't so difficult.

HCG Diet & I need your ideas for 500 calorie diets
I appreciate your posts guys & gals. Any of the nay sayers should read about it. I did tons of research. Every person that tried it said...."I have energy" I do too. You are not starving yourself. HCG gets the hypothalmus to release abnormal fat deposits. (we all do have some heathy fat)
The more I read about the HCG diet~the more it made perfect sense. I am on day 19. 8 lbs down & 6+ inches gone. Sure I will watch & be more mindful of what I eat in maintenance. I really don't care what I weigh. I am muscular & always weighed more but slim. All I want for my birthday (Dec 23) and Christmas is a new birthday suit. Folks this experience has been exciting. I have seen results daily. What a major motivater. The claims are true. The way I see it when you are measuring your meat etc.........you are bound to learn what a normal portion should be. You feel very comfortable on it with no hunger pains. You are feedding off your body fat not muscle! I know it sounds too good to be true. I am a very happy believer now. And by the way ALL OF MY WEIGHT LOSS IS MOST DEFINATELY FAT!!!!
If it didn't work I wouldn't do it. The hypothalamus is the organ that finally releases the fat. If anybody is interested look into it.

HCG Diet & I need your ideas for 500 calorie diets
Greetings fellow fatsecret members, I am new here. I am very pleased that I found this app for my smart phone. This website is awesome & I am sure you agree. I haven't written bio yet here is a little.
I am 45 year old female who is disabled. I have Multiple Sclerosis, bipolar disorder among other things. We all have something, huh?
Time was I was fairly active little by little my activity level went down. Don't feel sorry for me because despite my weight/disability I feel like I am fairly good shape. Most of my girl friends w/MS are in wheel chairs, using walkers & canes. Thank God I am not. Very lucky, yes I am.
Since 2003 I have gradually put on 40-45 lbs. It must go NOW! Sound familar? Right. As healthy as may feel found out today I am an inch away from signs of diabetes. What I wanted to share with the community................
My new practioner (what a great doctor).........we talked about HCG shots. He urged me to research it. Who better to ask than all of you. What do you all think? Who has tried HCG therapy?
I truly believe this will work for me & my situation...since I walk well & I have the stamina I want to do 1 hour cardio on my treadmill. Missed it yesterday & might tonight-too much going on.
My plan is to do 1 hour cardio every day from now on. I am willing to work for a hot body Wink got to get healthy.
I am in this for the long haul. Question
Where would I find good ideas for a 500 calorie diet?
Thanks for reading-we are all in this journey together-I hope your journey is successful. I appreciate all your blogs. Keep it up! I love reading your entries.
Cool
