concern: slight wt increase
ate well according to calories but felt fuller last night
avoid seconds at dinner, avoid desert yogurt
must focus on smaller meals and not filling up
190.8 lb Lost so far: 5.2 lb.    Still to go: 15.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
