I did a happy dance on the scale this morning. I love it when I drop into a new "decade" of numbers! :) Good bye 240's. I vow to NEVER see you again!!!
239.5 lb Lost so far: 18.5 lb.    Still to go: 74.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

1378 kcal Fat: 28.93g | Prot: 145.43g | Carb: 148.64g.   Breakfast: Chocolate Banana Protein Smoothie, High Protein Oatmeal with Blueberries. Lunch: cucumber, ezekiel bread, Egg whites, sweet red pepper, raw almonds. Dinner: Broccoli, cauliflower, Boneless skinless chicken breasts. Snacks/Other: hood half and half, coffee, nonfat chobani plain, kellogs frosted mini wheats. more...

YAY! Happy dance for you! Congrats on your progress!!! My scale was not nice this morning. But it's just a number and there is no way I gained FAT overnight.

Very true! That's what I love about tracking fat % versus lean mass. If the scale doesn't tell me what I want to hear, I have the other measurements to help put it in perspective. Usually it's just water weight from monthly cycles or sodium.
