I thought this weekend I may have over done it, but I still lost. I'm so happy. I will make sure I don't over do it anymore. It is ok once in a while and I'm not gona beat myself up over it. I'm very please with my progress!! :)
269.5 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 69.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
