Motivated's Journal, 02 November 2007

Week 3 of 3rd 6 wks, SUCCESS, 136.8, body fat 35.6%, musc mass 83.6, trace ketones, 45 min level 7 elliptical.

Breakfast choc chip granola atkins bar, coffee w half and half, lunch, salad and chicken, diet coke, dinner, hors devours-shrimp, lamb, 2 glasses chardonnay, choc covered vanilla low carb ice cream bar.

Whew--I made it through a tough day of 'eating' dangers. Luncheon and 4 hour cocktail party. Not hard at all. While everyone else was eating crab cakes and dessert, I ordered salad and had my cffe w half and half. Lots of pasta at the cocktail party but the lamb was awesome! This has become a way of life--I can jump right back on if I have a misstep.
136.8 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I know I've probably said it before, but you are an inspiration for making this a way of life. How wonderful that you enjoyed what you could have at that party. Thanks for keeping us "motivated"! :)
