I have been working on a low carb food plan. Not no carbs, as in the past i burnt out on that, quickly. I believe it has been going well. One day at a time.
240.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 65.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.7 lb a week
