Okay, now my daughter's 5th b-day and my 40th are past, so I can start again (I know I shouldn't look at it that way, but there it is....) I'm thinking about doing the Flat Belly Diet 4 day Anti-bloat jumpstart to get going, and then do a combo of WW and Flat Belly Diet. I think the MUFAs (good fats) at every meal really do help (from FB Diet) and then the counting points rather than choosing only from the FB Diet meals works better for me so I can eat what I want rather than be too specific. We'll see. Considering I started taking some classes this semester, it will be hard to spend a lot of time on cooking....
170.0 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
gaining 0.3 lb a week
