Awful stretch of eating has resulted in a weight gain of 5 lbs in the last week and a half. I plan to cut off all desserts as of tonight through the end of January for starters to get back to the area of 210 lbs. Very disappointed in myself but at the same time it was a very good year so I can't be too hard on the splurge during the holidays.
214.9 lb Lost so far: 44.1 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
