Had some stress going on this week with stuff at work, my Dad in the hospital etc. Got my period and had a not-so-great week. Went skiing with good friends and indulged in alcoholic beverages and snacks. Sunday I got back on track and feel good. I am getting better about chosing low carb foods. I just find it difficult when "on the run".
