This isn't my official weekly weigh-in, but my first weigh-in for the Fatsecret Biggest Loser Challenge. I have no idea what's happened this week. I was on course for my target weekly 1.5lbs loss up until Friday; then I was up a pound yesterday and another half this morning. :(

Am just hoping it slips back off in time for my official weigh-in tomorrow - I need to lose at least 0.5lb to reach my current short term goal!
182.5 lb Lost so far: 27.5 lb.    Still to go: 42.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Mine always does the exact same thing and then seems to disappear right before my weigh-in. Here's hoping the same for you dear as that can be maddening! :)
