Have been consistently empoying free weight training along with certain functional fitness routines. two weeks ago moved up to 115 on the bench presently at 145 with room to increase the weights. I have been watching FIT TV so that i can get the proper associations and inspirations to stay mindful and energized in beig wholly fit both physical, spiritual, relational and financial.
