My weight gain reflects my life...out of control! Being a caregiver is a tough job. I feel like our lives are spiraling out of control while standing still at the same time. I know how to handle my food and exercise plan but haven't had the willpower to do what is needed. Today is a new day, so I will just start over and get my s.... together.

136.5 lb Lost so far: 35.5 lb. Still to go: 0 lb. Diet followed poorly.

I hear you! I take care of my dad who lives alone and my mother in law who is 95 and lives with us...plus helping with grand kids two days a week after school....take some time for yourself, you will benefit from it.
