Had a concert last night and got home to bed at 1:30AM. Waking up was an issue and made some high fat choices for breakfast before i was out of the door. I did take time to prepare the rest of the meals for the day, may be I can work out the excess off with some cardio this eve.
133.4 lb Lost so far: 2.9 lb.    Still to go: 7.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
