I was told by the doc to take it easy and not workout for 4 days due to a pulled muscle in my back. So today was my first day back to the gym. It was so nice to get back on the spinning bike and even nicer to see I did not gain any weight! Feeling pretty good about myself today. Might even have a glass of wine to celebrate.
131.8 lb Lost so far: 5.2 lb.    Still to go: 6.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
