My eating habits have been better since moving in with my SO five weeks ago. We usually cook dinner instead of eating out, and when we do eat out, I'm very conscious of how much I'm eating. We don't go to fast food places. I've been bringing my own healthy breakfast to work. It all adds up.
As much as I like to see the number on the scale go down (who doesn't??), I'm focusing my attention on what I'm eating and how much. I do need to be more active - I'm working on that!!
