still stuck at my weight for the last 3 months. I keep going up and coming down .5 kilo depending on what I eat but haven't been able to break the plateau mode. I know the solution know ... I need to start exercising now.
130.1 lb Lost so far: 19.8 lb.    Still to go: 2.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
