Argh. I need to get some gone before my TOM shows up which it is bound to do in the next week or so--Must be good this week. Must gym tonight! and then try for Wednesday depending on plans that night But definitely Thursday and Friday-Saturday-Sunday-Monday. Final Tuesday but Wednesday night should be doable and Thursday-Friday next week. How many days is that--that is possible 10 visits which is ideal. *sigh* I miss feeling desire and motivation about this. I want to be strong and I want to be smaller. I need to remember how to do this.
303.0 lb Lost so far: 36.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.9 lb a week

It's a good plan, once you go a few days the desire will come back for sure!!

You just need to think about how far you've come and how good it will feel to make goal! You can totally get motivated if you know what you want and you KNOW how to get it! (Which you do!!!)
