So weight is dropping faster than I had planned but that's a good thing I suppose. This is my second day of walking and I have to say I am not hating it. It's easier on my shins and that's great.

Today's walk;

8.03 miles
296.0 lb Lost so far: 39.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.0 lb a week
