I am so down. I weighted myself this morning and I have gained 12 pounds in 8 month. I am starting my diet today and follow through until I get read of those extra pounds. I will see in a week.
107.8 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 7.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
