Instead of grieving over the attempt to perform deliberate intense cardio every day I have begun to focus on working with my free weights and also incorporating a process called functional fitness that employs excesices that are mor like true live movements and activities. Like a form of sqat that uses a weight in each hand similating lifting something from the floor using quads, arms and core body elements in repetitions. We will see what we will see.
228.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
