I haven't weighed in for a bit now and that's mainly because I haven't been eating well. Scratch that, I have been eating too well. After the past holiday I ate like there was no tomorrow and 4 miles a day even at a walk/jog pace wasn't seeming to cut it. I try and do at least 6 miles now and I am seeing the scale move again.
Today's walk/jog;
5 miles then 1.58 miles cool down.
I think I will post total miles walked from now on instead of dividing the miles I walk and walk/jog.
