this weeks goal is to record my food again on a regular basis. I am hopeful that I will see the 130 by x-mas morning!!
Have to be mindful of what I eat!! I can do it with strength, courage and faith!!
133.4 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 8.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.8 lb a week
