Hey guys,
Another week and no loss. So like I told you guys last week, I was sick. Didn't feel better until Friday, but even then I didn't want to push it running.
It goes without saying that I didn't pay as much attention to what I was eating when I was sick, because I wasn't feeling well. So bye bye willpower.
Anyways, back on track this week. Went running this morning, and played volleyball, and it felt good! Will try to track everything I eat.
Going to my parents house this weekend, so I'm hoping to do really well this week, so when I eat out of bounds on the weekend, it won't be as bad. Hoping to run 4 days this week, but we'll see how I feel. :)
