Quite happy at weigh-in. Lost 2 pounds. Hope to push forward this week. Going to the gym more often and walking everyday after dinner. We shall see. I remain hopeful.
190.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
