It seems like I should be loosing weight faster, but since I put it on at about 3 pounds a month, I'll be happy to take it off at about 3 pounds a months.
152.4 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 18.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
