Slowly starting to drop calories again. I plan on stepping into the new gym on Saturday to basically do a solo powerlifting meet, me vs. the old me. Hoping for an improvement over my old total of 900 lbs.
184.4 lb Lost so far: 19.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
